What the contact form collects, and why
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message. We use these only to reply to you and discuss how we might help. The website does not store your enquiry in a database. It is sent straight to our inbox as an email. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Google Analytics, only with your consent
If you choose "Accept analytics", we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the quiz or contact form is used. If you decline, or make no choice, analytics cookies are not set. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google. You can change your mind at any time using .
Cloudflare Turnstile, spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to tell people apart from bots. It is not used for advertising.
Resend, email delivery
We use Resend to deliver your enquiry from the website to our inbox. Resend processes the contents of the form only to deliver that email.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your rights, and asking for deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just email hello@aimplify.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
